This wine is our Jane's that has been matured for 12 months in Fraîcheur barrels, which are a special mix of oak and acacia wood. It gains complexity and is all together a more serious wine.
The barrels are aging so this vintage has less acacia lemon than previous, but the subtle oak is delicious. Don't worry, it doesn't taste like "big oaked" wines.
A touch of tannin on the finish makes this a good food wine, especially with Asian dishes.
